Still working on it...

Today was 158.1. I am super proud to say I didn't get a cake this year ( I totally have no self control!) but I did splurge on popcorn and sour patch kids at the movies. We will have to see what the scale says tomorrow.

Scale today....159.1! YAHOOO! I am back in the 150's!!! Tonight I am going out to eat with friends...of course we will eat late. This worries me. I am going to try and be good all day so I have a bit more wiggle room tonight.

Not a bad day yesterday. I did the shred...I hated every moment! Today scale read...159.5 At least it didn't go up!

I am still here and I am still fat!

Today the scale said 160.7. Yep that's right I have gained it all back. Maybe by publishing it on the web I will walk away from the cookies!
